General terms and conditions

Cancellation: free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. 50% of the booking up to 3 days before arrival. Less than 3 days before arrival, 100% of the booking.

For later arrival or earlier departure, the full room rate will be charged. Refunds for reserved but unused services are not possible. We recommend taking out travel/cancellation insurance.

Reserved rooms are generally available from 15:00. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00 at the latest.

For half board, dinner is generally served in the evening. Payment for the stay is due on departure, in cash or by credit card.

Privacy policy

Privacy and personal data are protected. The processing of personal data of guests, customers, suppliers, partners and other users is limited to the data required to provide our services as well as possible.
