We look forward to welcoming you every day in one of our restaurants. Feeling at home, eating well and drinking well – that's our philosophy. We place great importance on sourcing as many products as possible from the region.
Opening hours
Daily from 08:00 during the season. Warm dishes at lunch and dinner, Zvieri menu (afternoon snack menu) from 14:00 – 17:00.

Gaststube
The cosy Gaststube (main dining room), where something is always going on – a meeting place for locals and guests alike.
Arvenstube "Stüvetta"
The quieter, beautiful Arvenstube (Swiss pine parlour) from 1784 – the heart of the house.
Chamineda
The slightly more modern Chamineda with its bench seating – once the farmhouse's storeroom.
Great Hall
For family celebrations, clubs, weddings and seminars for up to approx. 50 guests.
Sun terrace
In summer we serve our delicacies in the garden restaurant.
Food & Drink
Grisons flavours – with a touch of Italianità
On our menu you'll find Grisons classics and Grisons-inspired dishes: Capuns, Pizokel, barley soup, Albula Valley trout. Alongside, a touch of Italianità, refined with our own home-produced olive oil from Sicily.
Bergün spring water
We're delighted to offer our guests the precious Bergün mountain water, filtered, chilled and served still or sparkling straight from the tap – as much as you like, for CHF 3 per person.
Pecorella – our olive oil
Near Selinunte in Sicily, we produce our own olive oil with great passion. You'll find it in some of our dishes and in the little bottles on the tables. pecorella.ch
